Payment
For your convenience, we offer several payment options: full payment for the order by card or account, as well as the option to place an order with a prepayment of 200 UAH, with the remaining amount payable upon receipt of the parcel.
The prepayment guarantees the reservation of the goods and covers the shipping costs in case of order cancellation. All payments are made securely, and after confirmation of payment, you will receive a notification about the shipment of your order.
Only full payment is accepted for the electronic version of the manual.
Delivery
We ship orders throughout Ukraine using Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta services. You can choose a convenient branch or order delivery by courier. Delivery times are usually 2-7 business days, depending on the region.
International delivery to European and other countries is also available via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. The cost and terms of delivery abroad are calculated individually according to the tariffs of the postal services.
